To the miners in Divrigi Sivas,

dear friends, I am Andreas Tadysiak, a former miner who worked underground in the German coal industry for 35 years and the elected main coordinator of the International Miners' Coordination. We can learn a lot from each other's and your experiences. Your struggle has shown once again how important militant and class-struggling trade unions are.

We are also aware of this, for example in our struggle programme of the International Mineworkers' Coordination: "In many countries of the world, the trade union rights of miners are under attack....We demand from all governments of the world to protect the right to organise, to assemble and to bargain. We organise strikes and demand that corporations respect this. For free trade union and political activity! For a full and universal legal right to strike! For trade unions as fighting organisations to defend and improve our living, wage and working conditions!..." We miners of the world, together with our families, must stand together internationally and unite, cooperate internationally and coordinate our struggles if we are to become a superior force to the international mining monopolies and their governments. I cordially invite you to participate in the preparation and implementation of the 3rd International Miners' Conference, which will take place in Thuringia/Germany in 2023. With militant and solidary greetings and Glück Auf (German miners' greeting)! Andreas Tadysiak Chief Coordinator of the International Miners' Coordination
